Darlac has recently bought a Tecra A8, but when it downgraded to Windows XP, their relationship strained as none of the utilities now work! So he has called in the trusty people at Toshiba Computer Systems Support Forums to try and figure out what went wrong.

Now that the power saver, function keys and hot keys don’t work, he has tried to reinstall them but only received error messages and tried to update BIOS but couldn’t due to a missing file! Jimi has suggested that maybe he has chosen the wrong drive unit and suggested he visit the Toshiba driver page but there was no luck there.
